Next Friday April 13th the Restaurant 722º in Lajares will hold the presentation of Llanovid winery in La Palma, where they will present their «Llanos Negros» wines. 6 very special wines that will be accompanied of delicatessen prepared by the excellent chefs in this restaurant, a perfect tasting where wine is the protagonist.

The Restaurant 722º in Lajares, in its bet for the local product- dishes and wines alike- offers us the possibility to get into the vineyards of this winery in La Palma. Winery that has backed up tradition rescuing the style of The Canary Islands wines half a century ago. It will be the enologist Carlos Lozano who will be in charge of helping us to properly value the wines in this land of «Los Llanos Negros», showing us the area they come from and the special production and growing characteristics. A kind of growing which doesn’t allow mechanisation and where all the tasks are hand-made. This human effort and sacrifice has resulted into a very special wine collection, genuine and unique wines like those made in ancient times in La Palma, «Llanos Negros» wines.

To accompany the tasting of these 6 singular wines, Simone Paglia and Nicolò Pippa, chefs of the 722º , will offer different culinary creations that will perfectly blend with each of them.
