A good physical preparation is essential to achieve your goals in your favourite sport whether it?s waves, wind, cycling, diving … or your daily well-being. MOVEBETTER? takes the practice of your extreme sport to the highest level.

Forget about the closed rooms, with condensation of body fluids between 4 walls. Get ready to take a deep breath at the OPEN AIR Endorfina Club facilities. A terrace of 500 m2 with a fully glazed covered room so you can enjoy the surroundings while you train, overlooking the sea and Bristol?s Bay. Totally new digitalized equipment so you can follow the progression of your training, and most importantly a personal trainer certified by the FMS? and StrongFirst? strenght schools, Cristiano Gennaro schools. After training enjoy the facilites, changing rooms with shower and chill-out terrace for after training.
