We dedicate these article to Marcos Amoedo, a photographer and winner of the contest Macaroportada 2018, with a precious photography taken in the south of the island, which was our flowery magazine cover in April.

Years in Fuerteventura: 5

Studies: First year of the advanced vocational qualification in Image in Vigo. Since then I?ve been travelling in the search of work, training myself continuously but through self-study.

Jobs: I?ve worked in several fields of Image as a professional: with film processors, selling photography, documentary camera. In Fuerteventura, I?ve also worked as an editor and photographer. Although I?m working as a waiter at the moment, I don?t want my urge to earn money to determine my way of taking pictures.

Experience as a photographer: over 4 years as a professional photographer, not taking into account the time I?ve devoted to volunteer jobs for different associations and other projects.

Photography style: Landscape and nature predominate in my style, although I?m an all-paths photographer and editor, foor sure, with a very technical and artistic style. To tell the truth, I don?t put any limits to my creativity, I?m made books, star photograph, macrophotograph, portraits, card-size photographs, light paint, urban photograph, sports, events etc. I also make videos and time-lapse photograph.

Projects: I?ve got several ongoing projects at present: I?m starting to exhibit pictures and
taking part in contests with photograph, video and time-lapse I?m making and bringing out. I like original and different projects and challenges, not the usual ones like holy communions, weddings? I also like collaborating with other photographers.
