In Tamaragua, in the municipality of La Oliva, a new holistic centre has finally opened. Through activities and workshops for adults and kids, and with a comfortable workspace for your remote job, here you will find a place where your body and mind can bloom. Sala Fit – move your body and calm your mind

Different types of yoga, beginners and advanced Pilates, Latin fun dance, aerial yoga, OMMA hypopressive training, sound healing: these are just some of the activities this new centre in La Capellanía (Tamaragua), in the north of Fuerteventura, is offering.

Sala Bloom – activities for adults and kids, creative workshops, and mindfulness

Bloom Fit Studio offers not only activities for adults, but also afternoon workshops for kids.

Bloom Fit Studio’s creators, Yaiza and Miguel, are parents themselves and they know how difficult it can be to train or to participate in some activity when you have kids. That’s why in Bloom Fit Studio they offer a novel concept: the activities for adults in Sala Fit and the workshops for kids in Sala Bloom take place at the same time. This way, training while the kids are learning and having fun under expert supervision just next door is now possible in Fuerteventura!

Ceramics, circus and yoga are some of the workshops Bloom Fit Studio is already offering for children aged 6 or more. And the little ones, ages 2 to 5, are welcome too, with their parents’ supervision.

In addition, at Bloom Fit Studio there are projects in progress for mums and mums-to-be. Some fun activities are on their way for women to enjoy their periods before, during and after giving birth. If this is your case, book your spot as soon as possible!

Yaiza Garcia and her “Método OMMA”

In addition to being the founder of Bloom Fit Studio, Yaiza García had also written “Con 2 ovarios bien puestos” (Women’s got balls, – English version not available at this moment), a book about her own journey from being a “mujer cebolla” (onion woman) to “mujer estrella” (star woman).  Through “Método OMMA” – a method she created – Yaiza helps those women who feel they lost their essence to connect with themselves, release their emotional blockages and embrace their inner child.
